Join Thurgood Brooks for a Town Hall on Sunday, February 28th, at 2:00 PM at El Patron in Rock Island. Registration limited to 60 guests in person. Thurgood will be answering questions from community members while outlining his vision for Rock Island. Masks are required for the event and COVID-19 precautions will be in place.
